Booking process
From your first enquiry to the final gallery, every step is designed to feel calm, thoughtful and beautifully considered.
01. The Enquiry
Every wedding begins with a simple enquiry. Share a little about yourselves and the plans you have in mind. You don’t need every detail figured out yet. Just a sense of the day you’re dreaming of is enough to begin.
02. Availability & Wedding Guide
Once your enquiry arrives, you will receive my wedding guide introducing my approach to photographing weddings, along with an overview of investment. It offers a clear sense of what working together feels like.
03. Proposal & Booking
If everything feels aligned, you can request a bespoke proposal tailored to your wedding. Many couples choose to arrange a relaxed Zoom call to talk through their plans and how photography can flow naturally through the day.
Once the agreement is signed and the booking fee received, your wedding date is officially secured.
04. Wedding Planning
Around six weeks before the wedding, you will receive a planning questionnaire so I can understand the timeline, key moments and atmosphere of the day. We will also arrange a short call to walk through everything together, while I liaise with your wedding planner to ensure the photography fits seamlessly within the schedule.
05. The Wedding Day
Your wedding is photographed with a calm, editorial presence. My focus is on capturing the atmosphere, the emotion and the quiet in-between moments, while creating fashion-forward portraits that feel natural, modern and timeless.
06. Your Photographs
Within around 48 hours, you will receive a small preview gallery so you can relive a few moments while the memories are still fresh. Your full gallery is then carefully edited and delivered within around ten weeks, telling the complete story of your wedding in a refined and timeless collection of images.
