Destination wedding photographer

I’m a destination wedding photographer capturing love stories worldwide, in a natural and creative way.

With 20 years of expertise as a photographer, I’ve been sent across Europe to capture all kinds of different stories and as an avid fan of traveling, I’ve been lucky to visit many fantastic locations. Options for a destination wedding are endless. For example, you could have your wedding on the Amalfi Coast of Italy or the shore waters of the Mediterranean Sea in Croatia. You could head to French Rivera or further inland to the French Countryside amongst vineyards and Chateaus. But ultimately, the choice has to be personal and I would recommend picking somewhere that means something to you both. Whether a place you have visited before, or a gorgeous destination that you both have always wanted to visit and get married.

Here are a few of my favourite destination wedding moments.

As a destination wedding photographer, my main ethos is capture that look, that tear, an exchange of glances. For me it’s about that moment you laugh so much you can’t breathe. It’s about the awesome dancing, and the hilarious speeches.

It’s these moments, that tell your unique wedding story.

I then blend these storytelling images, with The showstoppers of any wedding photography collection. The gorgeous and romantic wedding portraits.

Whether it be the sands of Morocco, the lakes of Italy, or the sea views in Greece, I love to use the stunning location to create gorgeous, artistic imagery that will be on your walls for a lifetime.

Thinking of having a destination wedding?

Having a destination wedding can be pretty daunting for some couples, but I assure you it’s a decision that always pays off!

Guests arrive early, already in holiday mode, which gives a chance for everyone to introduce themselves to each other the day before the wedding. This in turn has an enormous impact on the atmosphere of the day itself.

You guys get to have a pre-wedding shoot the day before, which is a great chance to capture some initial images of you both, in and around the gorgeous landscape. This could be in the local town or up high with beautiful views. Or you guys could be on the beach or lounging by the pool. It’s a great way to create a different look to your wedding set. It also helps alleviate any nerves for the pictures we capture on the wedding day.

On the wedding day itself, I capture the story of the day, as it unfolds around me. Mixed with this we head off for a mini portrait session initially before the wedding breakfast and later within the golden hour. Capturing that low sun and glow of a destination wedding.

The whole experience is just amazing and getting the chance to have your wedding in amongst some of the most beautiful places on earth, really adds to the experience.
