Laura and Grant were married at the beautiful Bello Blu in Rhodes, overlooking the Aegean Sea. As an editorial destination wedding photographer, I found that the clean, white lines of Bello Blu combined with the island’s incredible light created the perfect canvas for a refined and relaxed celebration.
With around 80 guests in attendance, the day felt intimate and personal while still full of atmosphere. Close family and friends gathered to celebrate together, enjoying the villa’s Mediterranean surroundings and the slower pace that weddings in Rhodes naturally lend themselves to. The atmosphere was effortlessly warm, allowing moments to unfold naturally. Drawing on my background in the national press, I worked to capture those high-stakes emotional moments, the glances, the laughter, and the tears, while maintaining a high-fashion, editorial aesthetic throughout the day
What made Laura and Grant’s wedding particularly memorable was how seamlessly everything came together. The setting, the light and the thoughtful details all worked in harmony, creating a day that felt effortless rather than over-styled. The focus remained firmly on the people and the experience they were sharing.
