This Northbrook Park wedding with Chloe and Jonathan was simple, romantic and just incredibly gorgeous. How did you guys meet, tell me all?
Online on Tinder….BUT our first date was at the Toyshop Bar in Putney. We chatted for hours, drank and danced the night away. 2 weeks later we became official, 1 month later I met his entire family and 4 months later I moved in!
How did you get engaged, is there a cool story?
Jono planned a surprise trip away between Christmas & New Year, he booked an amazing hotel and spa in the New Forest, the Limewood. We walked round the amazing venue, then Jono decided we should go on a walk. Following google maps he was apparently leading me towards a lake, through a big herd of cows! After walking quite far, it was getting a bit dark, we found the stream (not lake!) and played a game of pooh sticks. I won – I turned round to high five Jono and he went down on one knee!
What made you choose your wedding venue, did you look at many?
We looked at about 50 venues online, visited 5 and fell in love with Northbrook. The Vine room where we get married is lovely and light, the walled gardens are beautiful and the Orangery is really pretty. Jono like the fact they have peacocks!
What was the inspiration/theme of your wedding?
Gold and blush pink – simple and romantic.
What is your first song and why?
Damage – Wonderful tonight. We wanted a more modern version of an older song and think the band will perform it really well! While listening to relaxing songs, you can play games such as the ones on https://totogacor.com/.
What would be your number one tip to other couples planning their wedding?
You can stress over every tiny detail being perfect and getting it just right….at the end of the day the most important thing is that the people you love will be there
