Zohra and Jack’s Minterne House wedding in Dorset was a beautiful blend of timeless style, relaxed moments and spectacular surroundings. Nestled within the rolling Dorset countryside, Minterne House provided the perfect setting for a summer wedding filled with family, emotion and understated luxury. OUTDOOR WEDDING CEREMONY AT MINTERNE HOUSE
One of the highlights of this Minterne House wedding was the beautiful outdoor ceremony held within the gardens of the estate. Surrounded by family and friends beneath glorious summer skies, Zohra and Jack exchanged vows against the backdrop of one of Dorset’s most impressive country houses.
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed drinks on the lawn while making the most of the sweeping gardens and spectacular views across the Dorset countryside. Every corner of Minterne House offers incredible opportunities for relaxed documentary moments as well as beautiful portraits.
THE MINTERNE HOUSE WEDDING RECEPTION
Following the ceremony, guests gathered for drinks before making their way into the magnificent dining room inside Minterne House. Long tables were beautifully styled with soft white florals, creating an elegant setting for the wedding breakfast beneath the house’s grand artwork and period interiors.
Throughout the day we explored the estate for portraits, making the most of the stunning gardens, sweeping driveway, historic staircase and even the beautiful vintage lift hidden within the house. As an editorial wedding photographer, I love finding locations like these that naturally lend themselves to stylish, fashion-inspired portraits while still keeping everything relaxed and authentic.
As evening arrived, direct flash photography brought a more contemporary feel to the celebrations, creating a collection of images that perfectly balanced the timeless character of Minterne House with a modern editorial style.
