Recently I had the pleasure of capturing Kate and Josh’s stunning Eastwell Manor wedding in Kent. The day genuinely couldn’t have been more beautiful and it was such an honour to capture their day. With the autumnal sun shining down, these guys enjoyed the perfect day surrounded by their closest friends and family. Check it all out below.

How did you guys meet, tell me all?

Tinder.

How did you get engaged, is there a cool story?

Josh Proposed on Christmas Day 2021 and actually surprised Kate. (The world’s biggest control freak who is incapable of being surprised)

What made you choose your wedding venue, did you look at many?

We looked at a grand total of 4 venues. Kate went to a wedding there when she was 8 (we have a picture of it) The bride and groom from this wedding will be guests at our wedding. Josh had delivered to the venue so knew of it. We both viewed it and instantly knew it was correct.

Tell me about your dress? Who was it designed by and was there a particular style you were drawn to?

Josh is typing this it’s a surprise for on the day so we can’t be too specific. The designer is Eva Lendel and the style of dress is not what Kate thought she’d wear. The dress was actually a wild card she tried on expecting not to like but fell in love with it.

What was the inspiration/theme/styling of your wedding?

Simple

What is your first song and why?

You & I John Legend – Josh chose it. It’s a song I always liked and once we had met made me always think of Kate.

What would be your number one tip to other couples planning their wedding?

Do what you want. Don’t follow trends and traditions.
