Dungeness, with its natural bleak beauty made for a cool and atmospheric backdrop for this Engagement shoot. With harsh sun, wind and sudden rain showers, we certainly had some testing conditions. But we certainly got some cool images out of it. Check out Grace and Dave’s Dungeness pre-wedding shoot below.

Grace and Dave had just driven a good couple of hours when I met up with them down in Dungeness, Kent. My initial worry was that they may be a little fatigued but that certainly was not the case and both were on top form!

The baron nature of Dungeness and it’s flat landscape has been described as the largest expanse of shingle in Europe! But, it is also a treasure trove of small abandoned boat sheds, rusting fishing boats and lighthouses. Definitely a great location for a shoot.

Grace and Dave are a very cool couple and it was great chatting to them about all things wedding. It sounds like they’re going to have a pretty fun day in April!
