Laura and Tristan’s amazing and very cool Blitz Factor wedding in London, included neon lights, junkyard accessories and had a 90’s theme throughout. This was one very quirky wedding and such a joy to photograph. Check out their awesome wedding below.

How did you guys meet, tell me all?
Online Dating for us. Tristan was on the verge of giving up finding that special someone. In one last-ditch attempt he decided that he would try his luck with someone younger than his vastly experienced years. On our first date, we hit it off straight away but I made him work for the other dates! I knew he was different and I certainly have someone special in more ways than one! (Those who know Tristan know just how SPECIAL he is)
How did you get engaged, is there a cool story?
We were engaged on 17th September 2018, Tristan surprised me and took on a day trip to Amsterdam. It’s one of my favourite cities and no not for that reason!, this has a lot of sentiment for us. We headed up to the A’DAM Lookout and Tristan asked me to marry him whilst overlooking Amsterdam. It was the most incredible day. Tristan then would gladly tell everyone I then spent the next few hours on my phone telling the world and its wife about it! Least he got a Boat sightseeing tour out of it!
What made you choose your wedding venue, did you look at many?
We only looked at the one venue as we knew before we got engaged where we wanted to get married as we come across it on one of our random cocktail fuelled days out up London. We fell in love with our venue straight away and we just knew we wanted a quirky wedding and quirky it certainly is, as others know it affectionally as the “Wacky Wedding”.
What was the inspiration/theme of your wedding?
Our theme has changed a lot over the last few months it is fair to say, we finally decided on a Junkyard retro 90’s wedding theme. One because who doesn’t like retro and two, just to highlight I was born in the 90’s and Tristan certainly was not. Despite what Tristan says, he is definitely not in his 20’s (Hairline says otherwise)
What is your first song and why?
Tennessee Whiskey, it is one of Laura’s favorite songs and like every woman, she has the last word.
What would be your number one tip to other couples planning their wedding?
Do not try to please too many people; the day is just about the two of you. Create the memories you want.
