Aswarby Rectory Wedding – Samantha & James’ Elegant Lincolnshire Celebration

A Modern, Editorial Wedding at Aswarby Rectory

Samantha & James’ Aswarby Rectory wedding was the perfect blend of understated luxury and effortless style — the kind of day where every detail felt intentional, personal, and beautifully refined. Set within the serene Lincolnshire countryside, Aswarby Rectory provided the ideal backdrop for a celebration that felt intimate yet elevated, relaxed yet impeccably curated.

From the moment guests arrived, there was a sense of calm sophistication that carried through every part of the day. Soft light, meaningful moments, and a timeless aesthetic made this wedding a dream to photograph.

Bridal Style with Modern Elegance

Samantha’s bridal look set the tone — minimalist, refined, and beautifully editorial.

She wore a stunning gown by Kyha Bride paired with a piece from Rosie Etienne Bridal, sourced from the ever-chic Anna Bridal boutique. Her daytime shoes by Loeffler Randall added that perfect touch of soft modern romance.

Her glam team created a look that photographed flawlessly.

  • Hair: Natalija Hair
  • Makeup: Makeup Artistry by Danielle

The result: clean, polished, and effortlessly timeless.

Her bridesmaids wore elegant dresses by Six Stories, complementing the palette perfectly.

The Ceremony at Aswarby Rectory

The ceremony took place within the warm, character-rich interiors of Aswarby Rectory, filled with natural textures and soft light that gave the entire setting a romantic, editorial feel.

Studio Mortar created beautifully refined floral designs — organic, sculptural arrangements that matched the venue’s understated aesthetic. Their work fused modern design with natural form, elevating the entire atmosphere.

As Samantha walked down the aisle, the room held that perfect stillness — soft music, quiet emotion, and two people completely focused on each other.

Drinks, Dining & Golden Hour Portraits

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed drinks in the gardens as Black Peppermint Food Co served exceptional catering — relaxed, seasonal, and beautifully presented.

The gardens gave us the perfect pocket of light for editorial portraits. With the soft, golden tone of early evening, the stone textures and surrounding greenery created imagery that felt effortless and cinematic.

All of this was captured seamlessly on film by P.S. Visuals, whose videography style paired perfectly with the aesthetic of the day.

A Reception Filled with Style & Atmosphere

As daylight faded, the reception space came alive with warm tones, candlelight, and beautifully curated details. Cissbury Bakes created an elegant wedding cake that blended flawlessly into the modern styling.

The evening atmosphere was lifted by the electric energy of Big Smoke Brass UK, bringing a lively, immersive sound that had guests on their feet from the very first beat. It was the perfect way to start a night that felt fun, immersive, and full of celebration.

The groom and groomsmen looked sharp in tailored suits from Hawes & Curtis, bringing a classic, polished balance to the overall visual story.
