Natasha and Ronnie’s wedding at Winters Barns was SUCH a fun wedding. I’ve not laughed as much as I did on Friday in many years. Tasha and Ronnie are just pure joy to be around and if there were ever two people made for each other, these guys are truly that. Check out this stunning wedding below.
First names: Natasha & Ronnie
Ages: 32 | 33
Wedding date: 10th September 2021
Venue: Winters Barns
How did you guys meet, tell me all?
We met at Leeds Castle whilst at an insurance dinner (we are more interesting than this sounds…promise!). We’d spoken on the phone through work for a few years, but had never met in person (and to be honest I used to think Ronnie was a bit weird and so used to roll my eyes A LOT when he used to call!). It was love at first sight, and the rest is history.
How did you get engaged, is there a cool story?
Ronnie had arranged a trip to Venice for my 30th birthday, where we stayed in a private palazzo. On the second evening, we’d been out for dinner and when we got back he proposed on the balcony overlooking the canal.
What made you choose your wedding venue, did you look at many?
We’d been to a friend’s wedding reception at Winters before we were even engaged, and loved the vibe that it has. When we were looking after Ronnie had popped the question, we went to see another venue but we just knew that this was the place for us. As soon as we walked in, we could picture our special day there surrounded by our friends and family, so we stopped the search and booked straight away.
What was the inspiration/theme of your wedding?
We haven’t had a set theme as such, but we would describe it as being quite a traditionally soft, romantic and elegant theme – with a few nods to Venice thrown in here and there as homage to where we got engaged.
What is your first song and why?
Ed Sheeran – How Would You Feel (Paean)
This album was released not long after we officially started dating – some songs just instantly remind you of someone, and this is that song for us.
What would be your number one tip to other couples planning their wedding?
Just do what makes you both happy – try not to get caught up in the stresses of planning, and don’t sweat the small stuff…this is your special day so do exactly what feels right for you both and it will be just perfect.
