I met the lovely Anna and James for a London engagement photo shoot on a sunny, hot and very busy June evening. With the sun slowly setting, we hit the west end and captured some very gorgeous images.
When I first spoke to Anna and James about their engagement photo shoot, they hinted to having the session in and around Covent Garden. This was music to my ears as I am a big fan of the arty, city styled shoots with that ‘little bit’ of interest.
London holds it all and you can certainly photograph the streets in whatever particular style that helps create the mood. Even before meeting the lovely Anna and James, I had already decided in my mind how I wanted it. All the images were going to be shot emulating a Kodak Ultramax 800 film, giving the colours and texture that I could see in my minds eye.
On meeting Anna and James, I instantly realised this was going to be a very cool and beautiful shoot. So, we hit London‘s west end and had a real laugh together. We explored every ‘alley’ and corner and certainly maximised our 90 minutes together.
During the shoot, Anna and James hinted towards the style of wedding they may have and ideas for the day. I won’t reveal anything just yet, but it certainly sounds an amazing wedding and I cannot wait to photograph their big day.
Until then, here is their gorgeous London engagement photo shoot for you all. Enjoy!
